In this stage, course students are trained to analyze and evaluate the results collected during the check stage. They are taught methodologies for analysis, evaluation, and selection of alternative solutions that best fit the course. They understand that results will always be a basis for improvement and that this is where the cycle that began with the development of the training or course on the processes under their responsibility and data collection is completed.
Goals:
- Be aware that this cycle has no end, because it is a continuous improvement.
- Transform the student's responsibility from a reactive approach to a proactive one, thereby meeting the objectives of his or her position and the company.
