The course is developed following the guidelines and timelines established in the Gantt. It's important to note that some features vary, such as:
- Duration: This will vary because courses may be divided into modules in cases where new support tools need to be learned. In such cases, they are generally divided into theory, practice, and evaluation of the results obtained with the use of these tools.
- Delivery medium: Courses can be taught remotely and/or in-person. In either case, the company must provide the necessary physical or virtual resources for the course.
- Content: The course content will be determined by adapting the topic based on the results of the analysis of the factors mentioned in the planning stage.
- Methodology: During the training, the student will apply the different concepts learned to their processes, establishing a series of results that will be compiled in the control phase and then analyzed in the evaluation phase. The courses will always be accompanied by supporting material summarizing the key points of the topic to be covered and including graphics that outline the processes where applicable.
