En esta fase se entrena a los alumnos del curso a analizar y evaluar los resultados recopilados en la etapa de control. Para ella se ense\u00f1a metodolog\u00edas de analisis, evaluaci\u00f3n y selecci\u00f3n de alternativas de soluci\u00f3n que m\u00e1s se adapte al curso. Entendiendo que los resultados siempre ser\u00e1n una base para la mejora y que es aqui en donde se cierra un ciclo que inici\u00f3 con el desarrollo del entrenamiento o curso a los procesos bajo su responsabilidad, y recolecci\u00f3n de datos.<\/p>\n

Objetivos<\/p>\n

  1. Hacer conciencia que dicho ciclo no tiene fin, porque es una mejora continua<\/li>\n
  2. Transform the student’s responsibility from a reactive approach to a proactive one, thereby meeting the objectives of his or her position and the company.<\/li>\n
  3. Convertir la evaluaci\u00f3n en una herramienta para la toma de decisiones.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
